2. Client Obligations

Clients engaging with Landscapers Sydenham agree to the following obligations:

Provide accurate information regarding the scope of work and site conditions.
Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property during the service period.
Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for specific landscaping projects.

3. Payment Terms

All services provided by Landscapers Sydenham are subject to the following payment terms:

Pricing: Service fees are based on the scope of work and will be outlined in the service agreement.
Invoices: Invoices will be issued upon completion of services or as otherwise agreed.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
Fees may apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
Landscapers Sydenham reserves the right to cancel services with reasonable notice and without penalty.

5. Liability

Landscapers Sydenham strives to provide high-quality services; however, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing conditions or issues on the client's property.
Damage resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather.
Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

6. Warranty

We offer the following warranties on our services:

Workmanship: We guarantee that all services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
Materials: Any materials provided by Landscapers Sydenham are warranted against defects for a period specified in the service agreement.

These warranties do not cover issues arising from client modifications or external factors.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by Landscapers Sydenham are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced or used without prior consent.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the services.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through:

Mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
Jurisdiction will be limited to the local courts governing Sydenham.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the region in which Landscapers Sydenham operates.

11. Amendments

Landscapers Sydenham reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Landscapers Sydenham, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
